They spawned in as soon as we went into singleplayer mode. Save is still broken but it's fine, only like 7 hours into the game.

2 points · 2 years ago. I had a similar issue, even after talking to the quartermaster. I tried to go to feeding grounds several in game nights and just gave up for the day. Next day I boot up the game again, and bolters were actually showing up. Not sure why.
